failed to load driver with c0000365

i get this error (failed to load driver with c0000365) and i cant solve it, i have turned off my antivirus, no virtual machine or virtual box, i am running it with admin, still does not work for me

i dont know, howdo i check to see if i have? nevermind, found it, had vanguard installed but uninstalled and it works, Thanks
