SHADOW BAN in CoD: WARZONE

 I've being SHADOW BANNED in CoD: WARZONE and i didn't play for about 1 month so i made a new account and everything i used a HWID Spoofer aswel but still SHADOW BANNED my ping goes from 21 upto 350 every time... Any help would be nice thanks

Same has been happening to me, I've tried loads of different spoofers, changed ip by using my mobile internet etc and reset pc but still getting put into hacker lobby. Hopefully someone replies to this.
