Here to share my experience about the customer support. I had major issues with my pc becuz i bought the hack without reading tht i needed windows 10. Prime the owner helped me out a lot and used teamviewer for over an hour just to fix my issue and help me update fmor windows 7 to windows 10. never seen an owner let alone customer support of any hack group go that above and beyond for a simple customer. will be buying again forsure
